Born in the United States and holds B.A. Economics from Northwestern University and M.A. Acting in Physical Theatre from Manchester Metropolitan University after studying with Teatr Pieśń Kozła in Wrocław, Poland. Since 2010, he has been a collaborator with The Grotowski Institute (PL) as a researcher and performer with Studio Matejka. Daniel is a founding member of Odra Ensemble, a company developed in collaboration with Teatr Pieśń Kozła, which premiered We Will Leave Only Bone: ReRlections of Eurydice in 2012. He is artistic leader and co-founder of Jubilo, an international artistic endeavor against social exclusion through the language of the body and music. He has led and assisted workshops throughout Poland, UK, USA, Germany, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Daniel has twice been awarded with the Fulbright Grant for his artistic research in theatre and performance.
