The Echoes Off The Walls

Underground Are Louder

Than Your Footsteps

Above Me

A man. Salesman. An Orpheus of Dostoevsky’s creation and Witkacy’s nightmare, selling what people don’t need in a time when people have nothing. His life drones on, one above ground, another beneath it. And then the unbearable happens. In a man's search for contact with himself and with others, a schizophrenic waltz on the precipice of the economic crisis begins

Solo performance // Premiere: November 4, 2012, Theatre ROW, New York City // Dramaturgy and performer:  Anthony Nikolchev  // Direction: Matej Matejka, Yuriy Kordonskiy.
