Torbjorn Oppedal (NOR) (academic documentation)

holds an MA in Comparative Literature and Theatre Studies, University of Oslo. Since 2007 he has been a columnist, journalist and critic in Morgenbladet, Norway's leading newspaper on culture and politics.

He has also contributed to Norsk Shakespeare- og teatertidsskrift (Norwegian Journal for Shakespeare and Theatre Studies) and the online music journal ballade.no on a wide range of topics, from the writings of Samuel Beckett to contemporary experimental music.

In recent years, he has divided his work between Norway and Poland, including the Polish-Norwegian showcase in Nowe Horyzonty film festival and a collaboration with the physical theatre research project Studio Matejka.
